Youtube prankster gets his nose broken in 3 places after ATM robbery prank goes horribly wrong

Earlier today we reported on a benign senior prank in which a class of students snuck into their teacher’s living room and spent the night sleeping there.

This is the latest ‘prank’ to contrast the UK influencer Mizzy who has faced universal condemnation for similar tactics.

But Mizzy is far from the first to try a borderline criminal stunt for attention.

A video depicting a prank gone wrong has recently resurfaced, gaining attention once again. The incident involved three young pranksters named Daniel Maran, Robert Milazzo, and George Proestos, who decided to stage a mock “robbery” outside an ATM in Sydney.

The intention behind their prank was to capture the reactions of unsuspecting bystanders. However, things took an unexpected turn when a well-meaning individual mistook the situation for a real crime and physically confronted Proestos, resulting in a broken nose.

The video featured Daniel Maran, Robert Milazzo, and George Proestos, who were part of a group known as the Reckless Youth. The group had a YouTube channel with the same name, although it appears that the channel has since been taken down by the platform.

While the pranksters claimed that their intention was to conduct a social experiment, their motto, “Doing reckless sh*t for entertainment,” raises doubts about their true intentions. Their ultimate goal was to achieve viral fame, and they succeeded to some extent, as the video garnered approximately 500,000 views.

However, once the video gained traction, the pranksters were taken aback by the overwhelmingly negative response it received. In an interview, Daniel Maran expressed his surprise, stating, “Every single comment has been negative, saying how stupid we are, how dumb this prank is. Honestly, I didn’t think it would be that negative. I thought we’d get a few people saying this is a silly prank – but literally almost every single comment is a hate comment.”

Despite the passage of time, this video continues to provoke intense outrage on social media. Some Reddit users even claimed that if they found themselves in a similar situation, they would have responded even more drastically.

Legal experts in Australia have pointed out that both the pranksters and the bystanders who choose to get involved in such incidents are putting themselves at risk of criminal charges. This serves as a reminder that engaging in pranks that mimic criminal activities can have serious legal consequences and should be approached with caution.
