WATCH: NASCAR drivers BRAWL on live TV

In the NASCAR arena, emotions flared as Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch engaged in a heated altercation captured on live television. The incident unfolded at North Wilkesboro Speedway following a second-lap collision that ignited tensions between the rival drivers.

Kyle Busch was accompanied by a camera crew and confronted Stenhouse Jr. after spinning him out early in the race. Stenhouse Jr. was not one to back down. He retaliated with the first punch, sparking a physical confrontation that drew attention from both teams.

On the opening lap, Busch attempted to overtake Stenhouse Jr. and sent him up the wall. Disgruntled Stenhouse drove his smashed vehicle into Busch’s pit stall and parked it there. He then got out and mounted a ladder to shout at Busch’s crew.

As the tension escalated, pit crews from both sides rushed to intervene. This led to a brief scuffle before order was restored.

Amidst the chaos, Busch and Stenhouse Jr. exchanged heated words. Once the two guys had parted, Busch said to Stenhouse Jr.: “Bring it, I don’t give a f***! I sucked just as bad as you. Let’s go.”

The two guys quietly turned and walked away from the altercation.

In the aftermath, Stenhouse Jr. addressed the incident. He highlighted the frustration stemming from past clashes with Busch.

Stenhouse Jr. stated: “I felt like Kyle and I have always raced each other really hard…never had any issues. And then I wrecked him one time at Daytona and he’s been kind of bad-mouthing me ever since then. I feel like we get along OK outside the race track. I talk to him quite a bit.”

“Just definitely built up frustration with how he runs his mouth all the time about myself. But I know he’s frustrated because he doesn’t run near as good as he used to. I understand that.”

Stenhouse Jr. said that he would have left to watch the rest of the match at home if there had been a tunnel for drivers to leave the race track while it was happening in North Carolina.

Despite their on-track rivalry, Stenhouse Jr. emphasized a desire to settle differences outside of racing. He stated: “I don’t have anything else for him. If we want to do a charity match, I would do that.”

Away from the drama, Joey Logano seized victory at North Wilkesboro Speedway. He secured his second All-Star Race win and a hefty $1 million prize.
