WATCH: Two men grapple at the mall in front of the uniqlo store

In an unusual scene that has captured social media attention, two men were seen engaged in what appeared to be a grappling exchange in front of a Uniqlo store at a shopping mall.

The incident, which was shared widely across social media platforms, shows two individuals in what some observers described as resembling a grappling match. One man, notably dressed in a well-tailored suit, appeared to be utilizing techniques that resembled Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu moves.

Social media reactions to the incident have been a mix of amusement and bewilderment. “This is exactly what I expected,” commented one user, while another observed, “Your shoes have poor traction guys, just letting you know.”

Some viewers likened the interaction to a dance, with one commenter noting, “Seems like they’re dancing,” and another comparing them to “figure skating partners.” Others referenced martial arts, with one user suggesting they were engaged in “Tai Chi push hands battle.”

The location of the incident appears to be in San Francisco, as one commenter noted, “SF is a different breed dude.” Another user pointed out historical context, mentioning that “there is an actual dueling site just steps away from this mall,” referring to the Broderick-Terry Duel site at Fort Mason.

Fashion enthusiasts couldn’t help but notice the location, with one comment specifically mentioning Derek Guy, “No way @dieworkwear would wear white sneakers with that suit. He’d wear a chunky cap toe in brown.” This appears to reference a social media personality known for fashion commentary, who had previously posted that “good tailoring allows for movement.”

Guy allegedly challenged a troll on twitter several days ago, to meet him at Uniqlo seemingly refrencing how hard he would be to pick out of the crowd in front of the store given the demographic of the shoppers.

As of now, there are no reports of injuries or mall security intervention in the incident. The identities of the two individuals and the circumstances leading up to the confrontation remain unknown.
