Andrew Wiltse Drops Startling Allegations Against Daisy Fresh

In a highly charged video, former Daisy Fresh member Andrew Wiltse has made serious allegations against the well-known jiu-jitsu gym, directly labeling it as

“a cult of personality”

and detailing disturbing claims about the organization’s inner workings.

Wiltse, who was once a prominent figure at the Mount Vernon-based gym, spoke candidly about what he describes as a toxic environment controlled by someone he refers to as the “God King” – presumably gym leader Heath Pedigo.

“If you don’t realize it’s a cult of personality, you’re s—id,”

Wiltse stated bluntly in his testimony.

The accusations extend far beyond typical gym politics. Wiltse alleges the organization was involved in illegal dealings, claiming

“They sell d—s out of it. They pressure people into selling d—s.”

He specifically mentioned Austin Phelps, alleging that gym leadership forced him into criminal activities that ultimately resulted in a plea deal and ruined his life.

According to Wiltse, the environment was characterized by fear and intimidation. He described instances where team members were “terrified” and “scared s—less at all times” due to threats and harassment from gym leadership. Wiltse claims he witnessed multiple concerning incidents, including what he describes as SA cases that were brought to leadership’s attention but not properly addressed.

The former competitor also detailed how he believes the organization systematically exploited members, including allegations of infidelity being normalized and members being “conditioned” into harmful behaviors. He credits his former girlfriend with helping him recognize the cult-like dynamics, stating

“Nicole broke me out of the cult.”

Wiltse expressed frustration that no journalists have investigated Daisy Fresh despite what he claims are obvious red flags. He called out other prominent figures in the jiu-jitsu community, including Craig Jones, for their silence on these issues. This comes less than a month after Wiltse apologized to Craig Jones for repeatedly using his name in his manic rants earlier this year.

The timing of these allegations has raised questions, as some observers note that Wiltse has previously struggled with bipolar disorder, potentially affecting the reliability of his claims.

Wiltse concluded his testimony by calling for legal action and professional help, claiming he has evidence to support his allegations. These serious accusations have yet to receive official responses from Daisy Fresh or the individuals named, leaving the jiu-jitsu community to grapple with disturbing claims about one of its most visible gyms.
