Arman Tsarukyan Interested In Wrestling Olympic Gold Winner Helen Maroulis At RAF

UFC star Arman Tsarukyan has made it clear that he would be open to wrestling Olympic gold medalist Helen Maroulis at RAF.

The idea surfaced during a broadcast session at a private training facility where Khamzat Chimaev and Maroulis were present for a training session. As the conversation shifted toward the possibility of a RAF match, Tsarukyan immediately embraced the challenge.

“Me versus her in RAF?” Tsarukyan asked.

Maroulis fired back confidently. “I like a challenge,” she said. “Oh, you want to wrestle a real wrestler? Are you sure?”

Tsarukyan agreed to the idea, prompting Maroulis to respond, “Let’s go. Real wrestling.”

“Easy money,” Arman replied. “For me,” Maroulis quickly answered.

The discussion became more serious once money entered the conversation. Someone in the room suggested both competitors should receive $500,000 for the match.

“Alright. Helen versus Arman. Give them $500,000 each and we’re good,” the proposal went.

“I’m in,” Maroulis responded immediately. However, she also made one condition clear: “No eye pokes, no figh ting.”

At one point, someone jokingly questioned whether Tsarukyan would actually strike a woman during the match.

“No. No. Only slap,” Tsarukyan joked, drawing laughter from those present.

The conversation later shifted toward championship belts. Arman asked Maroulis, “You have the belt, right?”

“Yeah, you want to challenge?” Maroulis replied.

“If I beat you, I’ll get your belt,” Tsarukyan responded confidently.

“You could be the first contender for the belt,” Maroulis answered.

“Let’s go,” Arman replied.

Maroulis later joked that Tsarukyan should pursue one of his own. “Let Arman go for a belt. I hear he wants a belt,” she said.

Tsarukyan then replied that he wanted the belt that Maroulis currently holds. “With Helen, she has a belt,” Tsarukyan replied.

Coach Cal, who oversees Tsarukyan’s conditioning and appears throughout the vlog, also spoke highly of the UFC lightweight’s athletic ability. According to Cal, Tsarukyan is the best combat athlete he has worked with at the facility from both a testing and performance standpoint.
