WATCH: Colorado security struggles to control female customer who attacked Panera staff on the floor

In an incident at a Panera Bread restaurant in Glendale, Colorado, a customer’s outburst led to chaos and violence, leaving staff and patrons alike shaken. The event, captured on video, has sparked a police search for the individual responsible.

Eyewitnesses report that the disturbance began when a person, identified as Isaac Ross (also known as Kendall Ross), started demanding their phone from bewildered staff members. As confusion mounted, Ross’s behavior escalated rapidly, with the suspect screaming and hurling objects across the establishment, including a smoothie.

The footage shows Ross knocking items off the counter and throwing a sign at employees. Despite attempts by other customers to calm the situation, the confrontation intensified. One patron in a blue shirt attempted to restrain Ross, resulting in a physical altercation that spilled onto the floor.

In a surprising turn of events, a quick-thinking Panera employee emerged wielding a bread pan, using it to strike Ross in an attempt to subdue them. The chaotic scene continued with Ross grappling with customers on the ground.

Natalie Wiersma, a bystander who recorded the incident, reported additional details not captured in the video. “This doesn’t even include the coffee pot they threw at someone’s head and a customer finding a knife they dropped after they fled,” Wiersma stated, emphasizing the severity of the situation.

Local law enforcement arrived shortly after the initial incident, but Ross had already fled the scene. However, in an unexpected twist, the suspect returned to the restaurant, causing further disturbance. During this second occurrence, Ross allegedly injured an at-risk individual, though the injuries were reported to be minor.

The Glendale Police Department is now actively seeking information on Ross’s whereabouts. They urge anyone with knowledge of the suspect’s location to contact them at (303) 759-1511.
