Multitalented musician Maynard James Keenan, best known as the lead vocalist of rock bands Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer, is set to expand his creative repertoire with the release of a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructional video titled “The Great In Between: An Introduction to Jiu Jitsu.”

The instructional is led by Keenan alongside a team of skilled black belts, focusing on developing stabilizing muscles and myelin connections.
