The Specialized Delegation for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (Depca), a unit of the Amazonas Civil Police dedicated to safeguarding minors, has released Holanda’s image to the public and is calling on residents to assist in locating him.
Investigators have filed charges against the instructor that include s3xual harassment, sexual importunation, r*pe, and r*pe of a vulnerable person. Under Brazilian law, the charge of r*pe of a vulnerable person applies specifically to cases involving individuals under the age of 14.
The alleged offenses involve multiple individuals, though authorities have not released specific details, citing the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation.
Holanda’s current whereabouts are unknown. Law enforcement is urging anyone with information to come forward.
